President

Richard Herr has worked in manufactured housing industry for 30 years.  Over the last three decades he has helped thousands of families find the perfect house. He holds a real estate license, a mortgage license and a dealer's license.   When he's not working, he enjoys cheering on his kids various sports teams, camping and making chili.

AARON OKOLA

Sales & Marketing

Aaron has been in sales and marketing for 25 years. He's been a top-producing mobile home sales agent for five years in a row. Aaron is an expert in the design and sale of new manufactured homes. Aaron has terrific people skills and is always looking out for the best interest of the client. His marketing expertise includes print, online and social media marketing.  Outside of work, Aaron enjoys golf and a good cigar every now and then.

NICOLE LUU

Finance

Nicole is an expert in mobile home financing on both new and pre-owned homes. She has fantastic people skills and is loved by all her customers. She helps navigate clients through the difficult and sometimes frustrating process of getting a home loan. Nicole is also a licensed HCD sales agent, a licensed real estate agent and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
